By registering on the event you agree to our terms and conditions.
Upon completion and return of the registration form, full payment is required no later than 10 business days from the date of invoice if applicable. Payments must be received before the event commences. ThePackHub reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment has not been made 7 days before the event.
Attendees can be changed up to the day before a seminar at no charge.
Cancellation Policy is as follows:
14 or more days’ notice – full refund or event transfer
13 or fewer days’ notice – 50% refund
7 or fewer days’ notice – no refund
ThePackHub is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event.
ThePackHub reserve he right to make reasonable changes to content / presenters and will update any amends on the event webpage.
ThePackHub shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather or other emergency.
