PAC and ThePackHub announce North America and UK collaboration

PAC, Packaging Consortium and UK packaging innovation consultancy ThePackHub have joined forces to deliver a range of packaging services to their respective communities. The combined complimentary skills and packaging networks will be used to facilitate the distribution of packaging  reports, seminar and webinar contributions and sharing of best practice.

PAC, Packaging Consortium is a not-for-profit corporation, founded in 1950, that includes over 2,400 North American members throughout the packaging value chain. Their networking process includes PAC webinars, seminars, conferences, competitions, facility tours, education programs, trade shows, technical work groups and social activities.

The New Plastics Economy report published in 2016, The Ellen MacArthur Foundation and the World Economic Forum warned that there will be more waste plastic in the sea than fish by 2050, unless the industry cleans up its act. Packaging plays a major role.
